The rooms were spotless and neat, and we had a fantastic stay during a family visit, with the added bonus of a spa bath.

The unit was a nice size and brand-new, equipped with coffee/tea making facilities, a fridge, and a stovetop. the bed was very clean and had electric blankets. the motel is in a quiet location, conveniently close to a great restaurant, Invercargill and its surroundings, and shops.

I loved the breakfast choices, they were lovely. The room was well-stocked and included coffee/tea makers, a refrigerator, and kitchenware.

Thanks very much for the VERY VERY GOOD stay for a family visit. There is plenty of good food for breakfast. The location of the venue is comfortable and peaceful, near restaurants across the road. Also, it's 3 km from a cubical shrine.

Booked a wheelchair accessible room with a bath and soundproofing and got it upon arrival, a tub and towels were included as well.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met expectation, can't recommend it highly enough it.

After going through the Catlins, I stayed here for 1 night, on my way to Stewart Island. It was very comfortable and luxurious at a very reasonable rate. It was great to be able to wash and dry my washing at no extra cost. There were lots of food /eating places close by, one being right opposite. Everything I needed was within walking distance. Debbie (in the office) was very friendly and helpful - made me feel at home. I would definitely stay here again!

A Great Family Stay 🌟

This place really made our family visit special. the deluxe apartment we stayed in had a fantastic bathroom and heating, which made our stay super comfortable. the experience was top-notch!

We have stayed at the Homestead Villa Motels many times over the last 10 years and prefer not to stay anywhere else. If you want friendly service, great bed, and comfortable, clean rooms then this motel is a must.

Facitities very warm, quite, spacious and comfortable. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Will go and stay there again.

This place is conveniently located near a quiet public park and the airport, with restaurants nearby.

Very comfortable and roomy with attention to detail. Excellent value.

Nearby pub was somewhat noisy on a Saturday night, but not really a big issue.

Nicely furnished rooms with a very comfortable bed. Convenient location in a nice area, close to a good restaurant, botanic gardens, art gallery, and shops.

I arrived late, after the checkin facility had closed. The after-hours attendant was very helpful and accommodating. As a result of this I gained a very positive image of the hotel.

The hotel is over the road from a pub which had loud music playing until midnight. The room had good sound insulation as long as all the windows were closed, so this did not become an issue.
